How do I register for online services?

  2. Download the app on your smart phone device
  3. Create your account

The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android. To use it you must be aged 13 and over and registered with a GP surgery in England. You must be registered for online services with your GP practice to enable the NHS app to work. Application forms for online services are available from reception.

You can also access NHS App services from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer.
